• It is hereby expressly agreed that the contract for tuition is made solely between the Instructor, as principal, and you, the Pupil
• Lesson cancellations can only be made by the Pupil directly by phone with the Instructor by phone at least one working day before the start of the lesson (excluding weekends and bank holidays) otherwise lesson fees maybe charged
• All matters relating to the timing, location and duration of individual lessons shall be subject to agreement between the Instructor and the Pupil.
• *** Fast-Track bookings will require a deposit at the time of booking
•*** Fast-Track Cancellations are NON REFUNDABLE due to diary commitments
•*** Brake times between Fast-Track lessons can be reduced, depending on the pupils ability's, by mutual agreement only
• *** All courses MUST be paid in FULL three weeks before the commencement date of the booked course, or you could loose your deposit and course booking
• Learning kit’s are loaned to pupils for the duration of their course, may require a returnable deposit
• Free Test for students block of 10 hour booking, you MUST pay for a block of ten hours up to your TEST DATE, and you MUST do a minimum of 2 hours once a week up to the TEST DATE , and keep a minimum of 2 hours in credit. Min 40 hours of training required
• In the interest of Road Safety we reserve the right to withdraw the tuition car for test’s without notice should the pupil proves not to be up to test standard
